HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?


It will take 13-15 business days for processing. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days. The total estimated delivery is within 16 – 20 days.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive confirmation of shipment from us on the day your goods are handed over to the delivery company via email. The email will have a link for tracking your package

It may take up to 7-10 business days after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online (it might take longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments).

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T WORKING.

If your tracking number doesn't work or has errors, it could be that your shipping hasn't been picked up yet by the courier or the courier has not scanned it as received.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard as well as Paypal.

When will my card be charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We know how important it is to receive your order quickly so we do our best to ship orders as fast as possible. 

After you place an order you have limited time to request an order modification. 

Any requests to change or cancel your order should be made within 24 hours of order submission.

After 24 hours your order may not be eligible for modification.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM I'VE PURCHASED?

Yes! We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order please email our customer service team to initiate a return.

MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. CAN I HAVE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGED?

Unfortunately after an item is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact us via email customer@curnonstore.com so that we can assist you with the order intermediately.

WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE PART OF MY ORDER?

In some situations, orders are shipped in multiple shipments.

For orders that are shipped in more than one shipment, you should receive a separate shipment notification (with the corresponding tracking number) for each package.

Your online order status will also show a tracking number for each of the packages.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?

We do not resell your personal information. Shopping online is safe, easy and secure. Our site offers secure ordering for any customer whose Internet browser supports it.
